Welcome to the Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service (ICVS)!

The commission (ICVS or Volunteer Iowa) is part of a network of state service commissions throughout the United States that have the responsibility of developing and communicating a statewide vision and ethic of service and promoting that vision throughout their state.
